Deutsche Bank has been voted the world’s No.1 dealer of Certificates of Emissions Reductions (CERs) by clients. The survey was conducted by Risk’s Environmental Risk magazine. The award confirms Deutsche Bank as the market leader in the fast growing market for emission products. CER certificates can be used by governments to help them meet their Kyoto Protocol targets, and by companies such as power generators who are subject to the European Union’s Emission Trading Scheme.
