But Penny Wong how realistic is it that these negotiations with the Greens will be fruitful given that you are really coming from opposite ends of the scale, you are advocating a five to 25 per cent target but that's where the Greens position starts at 25 per cent. There are a lot of people who are saying to Mr Turnbull this is the right thing to do, you need to stand up and show some leadership here.
