So what has happened today and over the last 24 hours or so is that the Coalition in the Senate has ensured that we have spent more time debating whether to debate the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme, than actually debating it. It also - let's remember this - it was also one of the election commitments made by John Howard that they would take action on climate change.
