Today we have the first meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Murray-Darling Basin Authority - the first meeting of ministers under these new arrangements which are going to be so important for the reforms in the Murray-Darling Basin. I also want to make some comments about some of the discussion and in particular the Opposition's comments in relation to the Renewable Energy Target.
