In 22 days the Parliament will vote on the Governments climate change legislation. What I will say is that we will present this legislation again to the Senate in August and in 22 days Mr Turnbull has to decide if he is going to take a position on climate change, if he is going to take action on climate change or whether he will continue to lead a party divided.
