The European Commission (EC) has announced it is supporting a new climate change framework to improve the scientific accuracy of climate forecasts and modelling.
In a statement released this week, the EC said it is backing the Global Framework For Climate
Services, which is designed to develop better science-based climate information and understanding in the run-up to the Copenhagen Conference in December.
