VEHICLE EMISSIONS : TRADE UNIONS DEFEND APPLICATION OF CO2 STANDARDS IN 2012.

The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) regrets the vote by the European Parliament's Industry Committee, which weakens the proposals aimed at forcing automotive manufacturers to reduce CO2 emissions from new passenger cars.
